The document, published at the IBP website, deliver the agenda of the assembly, such as the election of members of the Board of Directors and members of the Executive Board, resolution on the proposal for amendment of the bylaws and other matters of interest to the Institute.

All associated members are eligible to attend the EGA. However, only maintaining, industry and collaborating membership categories have voting power in the deliberations of the Assembly, the maximum body of the IBP.

Those interested in attending must confirm their presence and submit written voting rights proxy on behalf of the company to assembleia@ibp.org.br until November 28^th. The document submission is mandatory for EGA participation.
