Executives from multinational companies will be present at the second webinar on female leadership, organized and produced by the IBP Diversity Committee.

The Virtual Meetings – Female Leadership on the Agenda will take place on the 23^th of July, at 5pm BRT.

The webinar will discuss the role of leaders in getting the most out of their team, significantly influencing business results and employee commitment, especially the woman leadership styles and Characteristics and the focus will be on “kind Leadership”.
