Meeting the increase of energetic demand in a restrictive scenario of greenhouse effect gas emissions is one the most challenging tasks of the 21st century. In recent times, events about CO2 have been organized throughout the world, motivated by the necessity to discuss the reduction of this gas’ emissions.

With this picture in mind, capture, transportation, and CO2 destination technologies play a central role on the reduction of environmental impacts of Natural Gas utilization as a fuel for electricity generation, when a transition for renewable energy and low carbon intensity sources is in place.
